You define nodes (messages, conditions, forms, persona handoffs) and connect them with conditional branches. When a visitor's conversation matches a flow trigger, the bot follows the defined path — surfacing forms, branching on responses, and firing webhooks at completion. No code required.
How do dynamic forms work inside the chat?
